IONOS processes the data arising when this website is accessed (see section 4) solely on our instructions and solely within the European Union; no transfer to third countries takes place in this context. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of this website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS; the data processing agreement forms part of the IONOS general terms and conditions. 4. Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

The log data is deleted after eight weeks.
5. Contact by phone or email
If you call or email us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contract performance, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We delete your enquiry once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Commercial correspondence is subject to the six- and ten-year retention periods under German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
6. Cookies, tracking and third-party services
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. The typeface and the animation library are served from the same server as the website itself; in particular, no Google Fonts or other fonts are loaded from third-party servers. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party when you visit this website.
7. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is passed to third parties only where necessary to carry out the transport order (for example to performing carriers, partner forwarders or customs agents), or where we are legally obliged to do so. Transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA take place only where necessary to carry out a transport to that country, on the basis of Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR.
